บีตา-แค โรทีน (อังกฤษ: β-carotene) เป็นรงควัตถุสีแดง-ส้มเข้มที่พบมากในพืชและผลไม้ บีตา-แคโรทีนอยู่ในกลุ่มแคโรทีน การดูดซึมบีตา-แคโรทีนเพิ่มขึ้นหากรับประทานกับไขมัน เพราะแคโรทีนละลายในไขมัน ประโยชน์ของบีตา-แคโรทีน คือช่วยต้านอนุมูลอิสระทั่วร่างกายและบีตา-แคโรทีนยังช่วยสนับสนุนสุขภาพดวงตาซึ่งเมื่อบีตา-แคโรทีนโดนย่อยสลายที่ตับแล้วจะได้วิตามินเอ ซึ่งร่างกายนำไปใช้สร้างสารโรดอปซินในดวงตาส่วนเรตินา และยังช่วยสนับสนุนระบบภูมิคุ้มกันของร่างกายอีกด้วย
