Directions: For adults, take one (1) capsule two times daily, preferably with meals. It is recommended that you also take a Coenzyme Q-10 supplement when using this product.
Other Ingredients: Gelatin. Contains <2% of: Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.
