Now Foods Plant Plant Enzyme contains Protease which breaks down proteins, Amylase which breaks down starch, Lipase which breaks down fat, Cellulase which breaks down. Fiber and Lactase, which breaks down lactose (milk sugar), papain and bromelain, are primarily protein-digesting enzymes.
