The body needs Vitamin D to absorb calcium and also promote bone growth and better dental health. Too little Vitamin D can result in fragile bones among children (rickets) and misshapen bones (osteomalacia) among adults. While Vitamin D can easily be obtained by basking in the morning sun for at least 15 minutes, there is an instance when we can never get enough from the sun. This is especially true during the winter months when there is too little sun to give us ample Vitamin D that we need. Thus, it is important to supplement with Vitamin D3.

Suggested Use
