Directions: For adults, take one (1) to four (4) caplets daily, preferably with meals.
Other Ingredients: Ascorbic Acid, Dicalcium Phosphate, Vegetable Cellulose, Citrus Bioflavonoids. Contains <2% of: Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Wild Rose Hips.
