Directions: For adults, take four (4) caplets one to two times daily, on an empty stomach at bedtime, or one hour before exercise.
Other Ingredients: Vegetable Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate. Contains <2% of: Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.
