Directions: For adults, take one (1) capsule three times daily, preferably with meals. Capsules may be opened and prepared as a tea.
Other Ingredients: Gelatin, Dicalcium Phosphate. Contains <2% of: Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.
