Directions: Adults and children age 12+, take 2 capsules once daily before a meal. Results are typically felt within 10 days of regular use, and increase over several months. Take with at least 3 liters (96 oz) of good clean water throughout the day.
Other Ingredients: Vegetable capsule, microcrystalline cellulose, silica.
